I went to the park. I can't tell you exactly why, I just did. I sat on some rocks at the trail head and watched the breeze blow the grasses and leaves in the trees. I watched dogs run through the fields (without leashes :) ). I cried. A lot. I was just about to leave when a family walked by and a little girl asked her mom, in the most endearingly curious voice "Mommy, what are the orange ribbons for?"
